New Freedom application

The current application cycle for projects in all New Freedom categories is now open. All funding categories (urbanized and non-urbanized) should use the same application materials.

Applicants who are considering submission of a project application should first ensure they meet all eligibility and other program provisions and are able to meet the state and federal requirements in the event their project is awarded funding.
