Crews plan I-39/US 51 lane closures this week starting Tuesday, July 8

Northbound lanes closed Tuesday night, southbound lanes closed Thursday night

Crews plan to close the northbound lanes of I-39/US 51 between the Maple Ridge Road interchange (Mosinee) and the Business 51 interchange (Rothschild) at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8. The lanes will reopen by 4 a.m., Wednesday, July 9.

Crews plan to close the southbound lanes of I-39/US 51 between the Maple Ridge Road interchange (Mosinee) and the Business 51 interchange (Rothschild) at 10 p.m. on Thursday, July 10. The lanes will reopen by 4 a.m., Friday, July 11.

During the closures, traffic will be detoured via Maple Ridge Road and old highway 51.

The closures are necessary for crews to set concrete girder beams on the new structure.

The dates and times of the lane closures are dependent on favorable weather conditions and are subject to change.
