Highway to be resurfaced

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Regional Office in Green Bay is announcing that work is scheduled to begin Tuesday, July 15, 2008 on approximately 7.4 miles of US 45 between Scott Street and the north county line in Fond du Lac County.

The project involves resurfacing of the existing roadway and upgrading the existing non-standard guard rail ends.
 
US 45 will be open to through traffic during construction. Project cost is estimated at $2.1 million and is scheduled for completion by mid-September 2008.
