Wide-load restriction set for I-94, Jefferson County

Motor carriers with loads exceeding 12 feet in width are restricted from the I-94 work zone in Jefferson County beginning 10 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2. Loads wider than 12 feet will not be allowed to pass. The restriction will be in place one week.

Carriers seeking alternate routes can request priority assistance with the Department of Motor Vehicles Motor Carrier Services-Permit Unit at (608) 266-7320, or with the Wisconsin State Patrol dispatch at (608) 846-8500 ext. 1500.
