DMV customer service centers closed Nov. 27 and 28 for Thanksgiving

Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) customer service centers and phone services throughout the state will be closed for business on Thursday (Nov. 27) and Friday (Nov. 28) for the Thanksgiving holiday. Basic vehicle registration renewals can still be conducted online at the Wisconsin DOT's DMV Website or through a number of title and registration service providers found throughout the state. DMV service centers will open at their usual times next week.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation's DMV automated phone system will remain available. The automated phone system allows motorists to make road test appointments and provides the answers to some questions, but does not connect the caller to a customer service representative.
