Opportunity for public input on draft Coordination Plan (CP) and draft Impact Analysis Methodology (IAM).

The following documents are in Adobe PDF PDF format.
(Note: Some files are large and may take longer to download depending on individual connection speeds. Users may need to zoom in to see details.)

Two draft project documents have recently been prepared and are now available for public review and comment:

Paper copies are available at the city of Stoughton and village of McFarland libraries.

The lead agencies for the project, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will use the CP to facilitate and document interaction with the public and other agencies and to inform the public and other agencies of how the CP will be accomplished. The CP is meant to promote an efficient and streamlined process and good project management through coordination, scheduling, and early resolution of issues.

The purpose of the IAM is to communicate and document the lead agencies’ structured approach to analyzing impacts of the proposed transportation project and its alternatives. Collaboration on the IAM is intended to promote an efficient and streamlined process and early resolution of concerns or issues.

Comments on these documents will be accepted from the public for 30 days. Comments should be sent to Jeff Berens, WisDOT Project Manager, by December 6, 2008.
