  • Two separate committees will help with the alternatives analysis and identification and implementation of short-term improvements.
  • These committees have been meeting approximately once every two months since February 2005.
  • Recommendations from both committees will help WisDOT make decisions on the corridor's future.

  • Village of McFarland
  • Town of Albion
  • Town of Dunkirk
  • Town of Dunn
  • Town of Pleasant Springs
  • Town of Rutland

Technical advisory committee (TAC)
TAC consists of representatives from:

  • Madison Area Metropolitan Planning Organization
  • Department of Natural Resources
  • Federal Highway Administration
  • Dane County Highway Department
