The WIS 15 study Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) has been published. Main sections of the document are available via the links below.

The Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) was approved on December 28, 2009. The availability of the FEIS was published in the Federal Register (by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)) on March 26, 2010.

The Federal Highway Administration approved the Record of Decision (ROD) on September 27, 2010.
