US 51/WIS 29 project - schedule

Design on local projects associated with the US 51/29 project began in 2001. The first of these projects, the McCleary Bridge, began in fall 2003 and opened to traffic in fall 2004.

Design of the US 51/WIS 29 projects began in 2002. Construction began in 2004 with the Marathon County N interchange, the first of several projects to occur as part of the US 51/WIS 29 corridor project.
