Kenosha-Racine I-94 interchanges - schedule

Date Type of work/activity
Spring / Summer 2005 WisDOT gathered traffic forecasts
Spring 2008 The design and environmental work on the remainder of the interchanges along with the reconstruction of the I-94 mainline was part of the comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) which has been completed.
2009 Construction is anticipated to begin on the County E  frontage roads, County C frontage roads, and WIS 158 frontage roads in Kenosha County.
2011 Construction on the mainline freeway in Kenosha County and the frontage roads in Racine County is anticipated to begin.
