Kenosha-Racine I-94 interchanges schedule

WisDOT gathered traffic forecasts through spring and summer 2005. Real estate acquisition could begin as early as 2006, with construction beginning in 2009.

The design and environmental work on the remainder of the interchanges along with the reconstruction of the I-94 mainline will be included in a comprehensive study, scheduled to begin later this year.
