US 53 Corridor Preservation Study - purpose/need

The goal of the 75-mile corridor preservation effort is to protect the public investment in US 53 by planning for the long-term mobility and safety needs along the highway.

This study will help officially map and preserve the corridor for long-range improvements and allow individuals and communities to plan in harmony with the long-range plans for the US 53 Corridor.
