March 25, 2009		PIM was conducted.
April – July 2009	1	Milwaukee County - Reconstruct westbound lanes while 2-way traffic is placed on the existing eastbound lanes. The Kildeer Court segment closest to Brown Deer Road also will be reconstructed in halves with it remaining open to 2-way traffic during this time.
August – October 2009	2	Milwaukee County - Reconstruct eastbound lanes while 2-way traffic is placed on the new westbound lanes.
November 2009	3	Milwaukee County - Complete median area with some intermittent lane closures.
