June 2008	Value engineering study.
Nov. 12, 2008	3rd PIM was conducted.
Fall 2009	Selection of preferred alternative.
Sept. 30, 2009	PIM #4 scheduled.
Spring 2010	Public hearing to be conducted (if requested).
Summer 2010	Finalize preliminary roadway plans.
